North America Shipping Rates

We proudly offer free shipping within Canada and the United States for all orders totaling over $75.00 before tax. 

Orders that don't qualify for free shipping will have a flat rate of CAD $20.00 applied.

Orders within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post.

Orders shipped to the United States will be shipped via Canada Post Small Packet/parcel.

 

International Shipping Rates

International Air Shipping is offered on orders that total $59.98 or more at a rate determined by size and weight.

Orders shipped to all other countries will be shipped via Canada Post Small Packet International Surface or Canada Post Small Packet/parcel International Air.

 

*Saskapaca X Alpacaweave strives to ship orders within 1-3 days from the date the order is placed. Sales are billed at the time of order.

  

 

RETURN POLICY

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must have original tags or bands attached, in the original shipping box, must be UNWORN, UNDAMAGED and ODOR-FREE. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to make a return, please contact us via email at: alpacaweave@gmail.com.

Refunds will be issued for the value of the item purchased including tax, if applicable. No shipping fees will be credited or refunded.
